가출 경험 청소년의 우울불안에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 = Factors affecting the depression/anxiety of adolescents who experienced runaway

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년 가출의 주요한 요인으로 지적되고 있는 우울불안의 영향 요인을 검증하고자 하였다. 2009년 아동․청소년 가출실태조사 데이터를 활용한 본 연구에서는 가출 경험을 1회 이상 가진 중학생과 고등학생 총 608명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였으며, 인구사회학적 특성, 개인 심리 특성, 사회관계 특성, 가족관계 특성으로 범주화시킨 요인들을 위계적 회귀분석에 활용하였다.
연구결과 인구사회학적 특성 중 성별과 경제수준인식, 개인 심리 특성인 자아존중감, 사회관계 특성인 친구지지가 가출 경험 청소년의 우울불안에 유의미한 영향력이 있었다. 마지막으로 다른 범주의 영향력을 통제한 상태에서도 가족관계 특성인 가족 지지와 학대방임 양육태도는 우울불안에 유의미한 영향력을 갖는 것으로 관찰되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 가출 경험 청소년의 우울불안 수준을 낮추고 재가출을 예방하기 위한 실천적인 제언들이 이루어졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to examine the factors affecting the depression/anxiety of runaway adolescents. Using 2009 Children and Youth Runaway Survey of National Youth Policy Institute, this study analyzed 608 middle and high school students who experienced runaway at least 1 time. Hierarchical Multiple Regression were taken to examine the comparative influence of socio-demographic factors, individual psychological factor, social relationship factors, and family relationship factors on the depression/anxiety of runaway adolescents.
Findings of hierarchical multiple regression identified that gender, recognition of economic level, self-esteem, and friend support affected the depression/anxiety. Family relationship factors had a significant influence on the depression/anxiety of adolescents who experienced runawa even after controlling the influences of other factors. On the basis of the results, practical suggestions to decrease the depression/anxiety level and to prevent runaway of adolescents were discussed.
