In this study, a sequential batch reactor simulator is developed as a part of simulation module of supervisory wastewater treatment control system which will manage several small wastewater treatment plant. For this object, the simulator has I/O database frame and window interface. Activated Sludge Model No.3 is adopted as a process model for SBR process. The simulator has two built-in main functions, model sensitivity analysis and model parameter estimation. Random number generation method and cumulative distribution functions are used for quantifying model sensitivity. Genetic algorithm is used to estimate parameters. Developed simulator is applied to measured data sets (influent C/N 1, C/N 3, C/N 5, C/N 9). The simulator has a fine performance for N-profile especially in C/N5, C/N 9.
