대면 교육과 비대면 교육의 기업가정신 교육 효과 차이에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Differences in Entrepreneurship Education Effects between Face－to－face and Non－face－to－face Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose]Efforts to find effective methods of entrepreneurship education continue. This paper studied the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in face－to－face education of college students and analyzed the differences in effects by gender, grade, and major to provide insights on various educational methods that meet students’ needs.
[Methodology]This study collected data from each class and used it for analysis to compare the effects of entrepreneurship education in face－to－face and non－face－to－face education. In order to compare the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, data before and after education in Week 1 and Week 15 were compared and measured.
[Findings]In both education, the entrepreneurship index was improved, and the effectiveness of non－face－to－face education was higher than that of face－to－face education. There was no moderating effect according to grade and gender, and it was found that there was a moderating effect according to major.
[Implications]This study empiricaclly assessed the impact of reciprocity and trust on long－term orientation and performance in the trancsactions between supplier and their strategic account.
