무용전공자를 위한 진로개발역량 검사지의 다집단 동일성 검증 : 사회인지진로이론(SCCT)을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 무용전공자를 위한 진로개발역량 검사지(dance career development competency inventory: DCDCI)가 청소년기 무용전공자들에게 동일하게 적용될 수 있는지 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 사회인지진로이론(social cognitive career theory)을 기반으로 하여 무용전공자들이 진로를 탐색, 준비, 유지하고 발전시키는데 필요한 정서적, 인지적, 행동적 측면의 역량을 진단할 수 있도록 개발된 김지영, 박인실, 임수진(2017)의 DCDCI가 다양한 집단에 확대 적용이 가능한지를 확인하고 이를 규명하고자 하였다.
DCDCI는 자기이해(긍정적 자아개념 5문항, 진로효능감 4문항, 결과기대 4문항), 진로탐색(무용진로 정보탐색 4문항, 무용직업세계의 이해 4문항, 무용진로대안의 확대 4문항), 진로설계(생애진로 목표설정 4문항, 이중경력 경로설계 4문항, 진로연계 학습계획 4문항), 진로행동(합리적 진로의사결정 4문항, 창의적 진로행동 4문항, 성취수준과 지속성 4문항)의 4개 영역, 12개 하위요소의 총 49개 문항과 Likert형 5점 척도(1=매우 그렇지 않다, 5=매우 그렇다)의 반응양식으로 구성되어 있다. 이를 토대로 DCDCI를 활용해 청소년기에 속해있는 무용전공자들의 진로개발역량을 측정하고, 수집된 자료의 다집단 동일성 검증(multi-group invariance)을 수행하는 절차로 진행되었으며, 구체적인 연구절차와 그에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 청소년기 무용전공자를 모집단으로 한 설문조사를 실시하기 위하여 비확률 표본추출방법(non-probability sampling) 중 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling method)을 활용하여 국내 예술계 고등학교에 재학 중인 무용전공자를 연구대상으로 선정하고, 진로개발역량을 측정하기 위해 DCDCI 검사지를 활용한 조사를 진행하여 수집된 549부를 실제 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료들은 기술통계 처리를 위하여 통계 프로그램 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 기술통계분석을 실시한 결과, 절대값 범위가 구조방정식 모형 적용에 필요한 정상분포조건(왜도<2, 첨도<4)를 충족하여 구조방정식 연구모형을 적용하는데 적합하다고 판단하였으며, 신뢰도 계수(Cronbach’s α)는 모든 문항이 기준치인 0.7를 상회하고 있어 조사의 신뢰성을 입증하였다.
둘째, AMOS 18.0을 활용한 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 실시한 결과 측정모형의 적합지가 충족되어 집단 간 구조동일성 검증을 실시하였으며, 전공유형으로 구분한 세 집단 간 형태동일성과 측정동일성이 확보됨에 따라 DCDCI가 모든 집단에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
본 연구는 사회인지진로이론의 관점에서 정서적 변인, 인지적, 행동적 구인의 중요성을 반영하고, 진로탐색부터 진로행동 성취에 이르는 진로개발의 지속성을 고려하고 있다는 점에서 무용진로개입의 실제에서 DCDCI 검사지가 작용하는 유용성을 규명하고, 진로개발역량의 수준을 진단하여 이에 기반한 정책 수립과 진로개발 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to validate whether the Dance Career Development Competency Inventory(DCDCI) can be applied consistently to adolescents who major in dance.
This study intends to test and evaluate if the DCDCI of Jiyoung Kim, Insil Park and Sujin Lim(2017), which enables dance majors to search, prepare, maintain, and advance their careers by analyzing emotional, cognitive, and behavioral competencies, can be broadly applicable to different groups.
The DCDCI consists of 49 questions structured on 4 sectors and 12 sub-sectors with a 5-point Likert scale(1=strongly disagree, 5=strongly agree) : self-understanding (5 items on positive self-concept, 4 items on
career efficacy, 4 items on outcome expectation), career exploration (4 items on dance career exploration, 4 items on understanding of dance occupation, 4 items on extension of alternative dance career), career design (4 items on career goal setting, 4 items on dual career path design, 4 items on career-related learning plan), and career behavior (4 items on rational career decision making, 4 items on creative career behavior, 4 items on achievement and sustainability).
On this basis, the DCDCI was used to assess the career development competencies of adolescents who major in dance, and a multi-group invariance test was performed with the acquired data. The detailed research methodology and findings are as follows.
Firstly, among the non-probability sampling methods, convenience sampling was employed to conduct a survey with the population of adolescent students of dance.
A survey employing the DCDCI questionnaire was administered to students majoring in dance at art high
schools in Korea, and 549 copies were analyzed to evaluate career development competencies. The collected data were analyzed for descriptive statistics using the statistical program SPSS 25.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the absolute value range satisfies the normal distribution conditions (skewness 2, kurtosis 4) required for using the structural equation research model, and is therefore acceptable for such model analysis. In addition, the reliability coefficient (Cronbach's α) is higher than the standard value of 0.7 for all questions, proving the reliability of the questionnaire.
Secondly, the measurement model's goodness-of-fit was satisfied as a result of the confirmatory factor analysis performed using AMOS 18.0, thereby performing a multi-group invariance test. Furthermore, as
configural and measurement invariance were confirmed between the three groups separated by major type, it was determined that the DCDCI could be applied to all groups.
This study investigates the efficacy of the DCDCI questionnaire in the practice of dance career intervention by highlighting the significance of emotional variables, cognitive and behavioral constructs from the perspective of social cognitive career theory, and by considering the sustainability of career development from career exploration to career behavioral achievement.
In addition, this research is significant as it measures the level of career development competency and offers
fundamental data for policy development and career development programs.
