직업 무용수의 지각된 자율성 지지와 기본 심리욕구 및 몰입행동간의 구조적 관계 = The Structural Relationship Between Perceived Autonomy Support, Basic Psychological Needs and Commitment Behavior in Professional Dancers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research tried to analyze the structural relationship between perceived autonomy support, basic psychological needs and commitment behavior in professional dancers. The researcher visited a dance company in Seoul, Kyunggi-Do, Chungchongnam-do and collected 300 data through convenient sampling method. After investigating the collected data as goodness of fit of model through SPSS17.0 and AMOS 16.0 programs, identical hypothesis was verified. The research has the following result by actual analysis. First, autonomy support positively affects the basic psychological needs. Second, the basic psychological needs has positive effects to commitment behavior. Third, intrinsic autonomy has positive direct effects on commitment behavior. The autonomy support also has significant indirect effects on commitment behavior through basic psychological needs. These results are discussed in terms of self-determination theory.
