현장 교사들을 대상으로 살펴 본극문학 교육의 실태 - 국어 교사와의 심층 인터뷰를 중심으로 - = A study of the status on Korean drama education through in-depth interviews with Korean-language teachers at the high school

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Although the drama education is one of the key subjects in Korean education, is treated as a bagatelle on the school. Accordingly the various problems have been raised, but these issues did not lead to real improvements or alternatives.
To solve these problems, the study examined the classroom situation of highschool Korean education teachers preferentially. The research methods in this study were utilized to poll, to interview and in-depth interview. As a result, it is possible to determine the two conclusions from the study. The one conclusion is that the teachers have expressed concern about the reality of drama education, and the other conclusion is that the teachers will have its own ways to relieve these problems. This study has two intentions, through this two conclusions. One intention is to clean the problems found in the on-site training, and the other intention is to compensate for the limitations and deficiencies of the Korean language through the improvement of the on-site training.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

극문학 교육은 학교 수업 현장에서 소홀하게 다루어지는 대표적인 국어 교과영역이다. 이로 인해 현행 수업의 폐단에 대해 다양한 문제제기가 이루어졌지만, 이러한 문제제기가 현실적인 개선이나 대안으로 이어지지 못하는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 이 연구는 현장 교사들의 실제 수업 현황을 먼저 조사하고자 했다. 조사 방법으로는 설문과 심화 인터뷰를 활용하였다. 그 결과 현장교사들도 극문학 교육의 실태에 대해 우려를 표하고 있고, 각자의 개선 방향을제시하고 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 현장 교육에서 발견되는문제점을 정리하고, 현장 교육의 개선을 통해서 국어 교육의 한계와 미비점을 보완하고자 하는 의도를 함께 지니고 있다.
