한국형아유르베다 심리유형에 관한 질적 사례연구 = A Qualitative Case Study on Korean Ayurveda Psychological Types

The purpose of this study is to examine actual cases of Korean Ayurveda psychological types and to analyze the empirical meaning and characteristics of Korean Ayurveda psychological types. As for the research method, in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 subjects by type of Korean Ayurveda psychology. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively. The empirical meaning and characteristics of 7 Korean Ayurveda psychological types were analyzed and derived. As a result of the study, the internal (first dosha) and superficial (second dosha) temperaments of Korean Ayurveda psychological types were revealed in individualized real cases. Through this, the meaning of practical application of Korean Ayurveda psychological types was presented. Through a qualitative case analysis of Korean Ayurveda psychological types verified through quantitative analysis, the empirical characteristics of psychological types were presented as data applicable to the field. This can be used as a useful tool for individualized clients to lead a healthy and happy life in the actual counseling field. However, there were limitations in collecting data from study subjects in a short period of time. In follow-up studies, it is expected that beneficial research that applies Korean Ayurveda psychological types to the field will continue through qualitative case studies that empirically analyze the level of consciousness by type of Korean Ayurveda psychology through long-term research.
