Recently, unexpected environmental changes have highlighted the factors of corporate responsiveness and sustainable growth. In particular, attention is being paid to what competencies and characteristics representatives manage the company, and how such factors are learned and developed. Therefore, the main purpose was to analyze the impact of strategic thinking capabilities and individual-business fit on management performance for representatives who run start-up companies. To this end, we consider a prior study of variables and establish a total of four hypotheses.
For verification of hypothesis, 95 part questionnaires obtained online and offline were used for final analysis. A hypothesis test found that strategic thinking capability and person-business fit had a significant impact on management performance, and that the parameter self-efficacy fully mediates the relationship between strategic thinking capability, person-business fit and management performance.

We also demonstrate that these factors have a positive effect on self-efficacy of confidence and confidence. In the end, it suggested how to prepare and run a business to improve management performance, and discussed limitations on the use of limited variables and future research directions.
