Synthetic studies on north western fragment (2) of natural product tausalarin C (1)

The family of Tausalarin C, which exhibit cytotoxic activity against cancer cell lines, were isolated from icroorganisms,which is symbiotic with sponge Fascaplysinopsis species. In our program for the total synthesis of Tausalarin C (1) involving the assembly of two parts (fragment 2 and fragment 3). this thesis was covered as the synthetic studies on C5"~C14" of fragment 2.

암 세포에 대하여 세포 독성이 있는 것으로 알려진 Tausalarin
C 계통의 화합물들은 sponge Fascaplysinopsis 종(種)에 기생/공생하는 미생물로부터 추출되었다. 이 중 Tausalarin C (1)의 전합성을 위해 두 부분으로 나누었다 (조각 2과 조각 3). 이 논문에서는 조각 2의 5” 탄소부터 14” 탄소에 대한 합성적 연구로 다루어졌다.
