Objectives: This study was descriptive survey research that investigate to partnership between nurses and parents of hospitalized children, to anxiety among parents of hospitalized children, that conducted to confirm to have an effect on anxiety, for example, parents of hospitalized children partnership.
Methods: Using self-report questionnaire, this data, from 2018.7.30. to 2018.9.30. ,"H" hospital located in Gwang-Ju, was gathered, targeting to parents of hospitalized children(research condition : children's parents of 6 years old and under and hospitalization period of 1 days or longer, 150 people). It was collected data analysed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, regression analysis(IBM SPSS 24.0).
Results: Partnership's average score between nurses and parents of hospitalized children, was recorded at 3.86±0.45 points. If you observe seven factor including reciprocity, technical skill, sensitivity, cooperation, communication, information sharing, prudence, prudence scored the hightest to 4.01±0.53 points, also communication scored the lowest to 3.57±0.59 points. Average score of anxiety was 2.14±0.41 points.
Pearson's correlation analysis to confirm partnership between nurses and parents of hospitalized children and anxiety showed that partnership between nurses and parents of hospitalized children have relation to the negative correlation(r=-.333, p<.001).
As a result of multiple regression analysis to saw if parent's anxiety factor of hospitalized children was related, as partnership increased, parent's anxiety significantly decreased(b=-0.268, p=0.001). In case of parent's fair health(b=0.171, p=0.014) and poor health(b=0.256, p=0.098) than subjective parent's good health, there was a increase in parent's anxiety.
Conclusion: Based on research results, lowering parent's anxiety of hospitalized children, I think I need a study for nursing intervention program for partnership between nurses and parents of hospitalized children and study for intervention program to improve positive partnership with parent as children's protector.

입원아동 부모가 인지하는 간호사와의 파트너십과 부모의 불안과의 관련성

연구목적: 본 연구는 아동병원에 입원한 환아 부모가 간호사의 파트너십을 통해 환아 부모의 불안을 조사하고 입원아동 부모의 파트너십이 불안에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 확인하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다.
연구방법: 연구대상자는 광주광역시에 위치한 아동전문병원인 H아동병원에 입원한 아동의 부모로 재원기간이 1일 이상으로 만 6세 이하의 학령전기 아동의 부모를 대상으로 150부를 조사하며 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 자가 보고식으로 이루어졌다.
수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 t-검정, ANOVA 및 회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석하였다.
연구결과: 연구결과 입원 아동 부모의 간호사와의 파트너십의 평균점수는 3.86±0.45점으로 상호성, 전문적 지식과 기술, 민감성, 협력, 의사소통, 정보공유, 조심성의 7가지 하부영역을 살펴보면, 조심성이 4.01±0.53점으로 가장 높았고, 의사소통이3.57±0.59점으로 가장 낮게 났으며 불안의 평균점수는 2.14±0.41점으로 나타났다.
입원 아동 부모의 간호사와의 파트너십과 불안과의 관계를 파악하기 위해 Pearson 상관관계 분석을 시행한 결과 입원 아동 부모의 간호사와의 파트너십은 유의한 음의 상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=-.333, р〈.001).
입원아동 부모의 불안 관련 요인을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행한 결과 파트너십이 증가할수록 부모 불안은 유의하게 감소(ｂ=-0.268, ｐ=0.001)하며 부모의 주관적 건강상태가 좋은 경우에 비해 보통인 경우(ｂ=0.171, ｐ=0.014)와 나쁜 경우(ｂ=0.256, ｐ=0.098)에 부모 불안은 증가하였다.
결론: 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 입원 아동 부모의 불안을 낮추고 간호사와의 파트너십을 위한 간호 중재 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구와 나아가 아동간호 실무에서 아동의 주 보호자인 부모와의 긍정적 파트너십을 향상시키기 위한 중재프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
