코로나19 시대에 원격교육을 경험한 간호대학생의 학습관련 자기주도성, 사회지능이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Self-Directed Learning Readiness and Social Intelligence on Career Preparation Behavior of Nursing Students who Experienced Distance Learning in COVID-19

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives This study is to identify the degree of self-directed learning readiness, social intelligence, career preparation behavior and to confirm the effects of self-directed learning readiness, social intelligence on career preparation behavior of nursing students who experienced distance learning in COVID-19.
Methods Data were collected from December 13 to December 23, 2022 using a structured questionnaire targeting 175 3rd and 4th grade nursing students in 3 regions where convenience samples were extracted. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 27.0 statistical program.
Results Self-directed learning readiness had a statistically significant positive correlation with social intelligence (r=.54, p<.001) and career preparation behavior (r=.52, p<.001). Social intelligence also had a statistically significant positive correlation with career preparation behavior (r=.41, p<.001). As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, the factors significantly affecting career preparation behavior were self-directed learning readiness (β= .37, p<.001), social intelligence (β=.19, p=.014). The overall explanatory power of these variables was 28.0%.
Conclusions Development and application of various programs that can improve self-directed learning readiness and social intelligence of nursing students are necessary for career preparation behavior.
