고등학교 운동선수들이 지각한 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 심리적 욕구 및 운동만족의 구조적 관계 = Structural relationship between perceived transformational Leadership, psychological needs, and athletic satisfaction among high school athletes

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine a structural relationship between transformational leadership by sport leaders, psychological needs, and athletic satisfaction among high school student-athletes. For this, 230 high school athletes answered to questionnaires of transformational leadership, psychological needs, and athletic satisfaction. Data were analyzed by EFA, reliability, correlation analysis, and CFA. The results of the structural equation model show that 7 paths among 13 paths was significantly different between Charisma → relationship, personal care → autonomy, intelligent stimulation → competence, competence → personal accomplishment satisfaction, competence → team accomplishment satisfaction, competence → team union and devotional satisfaction, relationship → team union and devotional satisfaction. The perception of the charisma among sub-factors of transformational leadership influenced team union and devotional satisfaction through athletes' need for relatedness. The perception of the intelligent stimulation influenced athletes' personal satisfaction, team performance, and devotion via autonomy.
