유럽 청소년복지정책과 사업이 우리나라에 주는 시사점: 프랑스와 독일을 중심으로 = The Suggestions of Europe's Youth Welfare Policies and Projects to Korea: Focused on France and Germany

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to make suggestion to Korea comparing and analyzing youth welfare policy of Europe focused on France and Germany. These countries are widely known for well-organized youth welfare policy and they have the originality of ‘priority education welfare support service’ which is typical policy and service in Korea.
After analysing current state of these countries, the results were followed as; First, community based youth welfare policies have been established rather than school based one. Second, for establishing working system collaboration between central and local government have priority rather than collaboration between private sector and governmental sector. Third, after long term strategy was established continuous development has been made an attempt regardless of government regime.
Through these character the suggestions were followed as; First youth welfare policy have to transfer to community based policy and service from school based one. Second, the collaboration between central and local government have to be made and on the base of this collaboration cooperation between private and governmental sector have to be built. Third, continuous long term youth welfare policy plan and strategy should be established regardless of government regime.
