임상미술치료가 다문화가족 폭력 피해여성의 불안, 우울, 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Clinical Art Therapy on Anxiety, Depression, and Self-esteem of Women who experienced Multicultural Domestic Violence

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of clinical art therapy on the anxiety, depression, and self-esteem of women who experienced multicultural domestic violence. A paired t-test was enforced to examine the effects of clinical art therapy on the anxiety, depression, and self-esteem of women victims of multicultrual domestic violence. Also, in order to investigate the effect of interference, K-HTP test was done at the 1st and 11th clinical art therapy session. Changes thrpygh images were analyzed as well as characteristics by each session. The following are results of this study. First, as for effects of clinical art therapy on anxiety and depression of women victims of multicultural domestic violence, the anxiety of subjects before clinical art therapy was 20.70±2.34 which reduced to 18.35±2.32 after therapy. Second, as for effects of clinical art therapy on self-esteem of women victims of multicultural domestic violence, the self-esteem level before clinical art therapy was 53.65±7.74 which increased to 61.50±s 92 after therapy. Third, the image diagnosis test of K-HTP and clinical art therapy activities done on the experiment group showed a positive, qualitative change. These results show that clinical art therapy reduces anxiety and depression, and gives a positive effect in improving self-esteem of women who suffered from multicultural domestic violence. This indicates the necessity of clinical art therapy for women victims of multicultural domestic violence.
