      ABSTRACT

      A Study on Mythicism of the Canon of Yauo (堯典)
      in Shang-Shu (尙書).

      As the Spring-autumn age (春秋時代) that confusion of universe reaches at climax, Confucius actuality sense might be gloomy at least. At such time, Confucius observes to truth that felt sense of duty and sense of responsibility to break tumultuous situation by highbrow's a person, and looked for the solution within history and myth. Masters of 『the Book of Odes』(詩), 『the Canon of History』(書) presented ideal model who seek by oneself because everybody are old people of deification and history inside and Confucius draws them in the actuality world to then monarches concretely. This is not simple zhou(周)'s restoration and revolution is not by past. As past model, enforce the beautiful future. Writer observes in of 『the Book of Odes』(詩), 『the Canon of History』(書) hereupon. Age confusion Confucius that cessation, rich life of peoples, free psyche within order, recovery of good human nature, realization of like this things were dream as the specific realization method and model myth in 『the Book of Odes』(詩), 『the Canon of History』(書) see. Myth in this treatise is not unscientific and unreasonable false story of history move contrasting with history of actual recording, it is myth as vessel that have referred to deification as paradise that mankind must detect ultimately owing peculiar archetype of human and philosophical symbol thereinto, and have included human's desire which desire peaceful and stable life like such mother width.
      Especially,『The Shoo-king (ShangShu)』(尙書) contains mythical constituent of studying abroad richly and have read mythical Confucius analysis thereinto. Such Confucius analysis of these myth did not stay by letter of scripture inside only, and was tried for embodiment in the actuality world constantly by oil prises. Confucius as well as Mencius and Moral philosophy (道學) that is represented by, Zhu-xi(朱熹) and Chosun Dynasty's Cho kwang cho (趙光祖) and so on is it.
      Pernicious evil of modern society is lonely human's unhappiness which is represented by modern age different nature. It may be return to current attempt that is new myth that is unhappy and exuviate and devise feedback of the native place that we are born in human's state as alone existence which is estranged. A long time ago, Confucius was such, for the better future Confucianism beginning of the problem to us which buy today found the solution in myth already the solution present.
