발달재활서비스 언어치료기관 선택 요인과 보호자의 사회인구학적 특성 분석 = An Analysis of Factors in Choosing Language Therapy Institutions for Developmental Rehabilitation Services and Caregivers' Socio-Demographic Characteristics

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 발달재활서비스 내 언어치료를 이용하는 아동 보호자의 치료기관 선택 요인 우선순위를 파악하고, 보호자의 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 선택 기준의 차이와 상대적 영향력을 실증적으로 규명하는 데 목적이 있다.
연구 대상은 대구·경북 지역에서 발달재활서비스 언어치료를 이용하고 있는 아동의 보호자 102명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 일원배치 분산분석（ANOVA）, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다.
연구 결과, 보호자들은 치료기관 선택 시 치료사 전문성 요인（4.58점）을 가장 중요하게 고려하였으며, 이어 경제적 요인（4.32점）, 접근성 요인（4.07점）, 물리적 환경 요인（3.98점） 순으로 나타났다. 보호자의 특성에 따른 차이 분석 결과, 전업주부는 접근성 요인（4.26점）을, 취업 부모는 물리적 환경 요인（4.12점）을 상대적으로 더 중시하였다. 또한 바우처 이용 집단은 미이용 집단에 비해 경제적 요인（4.54점）을 유의하게 높게 평가하였으며, 저소득 가구는 경제성과 접근성을, 중·고소득 가구는 전문성을 상대적으로 더 중시하는 집단 간 차이가 확인되었다. 선택 요인에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 검증한 다중회귀분석 결과에서는 경제적 요인에 바우처 이용 여부가, 전문성 요인에 가구 소득 수준이 유의미한 정（+）의 영향을 미치는 핵심 변인으로 도출되었다.
결론적으로 아동 보호자의 언어치료기관 선택은 치료사의 전문성을 최우선 기준으로 삼고 있으나, 보호자의 취업 상태, 가구 소득 및 제도적 수혜（바우처） 여부 등 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 실질적인 선택 기준과 제약 요인이 다르게 작용함을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify the priority of factors influencing the choice of speech therapy centers by caregivers of children utilizing developmental rehabilitation services, and to empirically investigate the differences and relative impacts of these selection criteria based on the sociodemographic characteristics of the caregivers.
The subjects of this study were 102 caregivers of children receiving speech therapy under developmental rehabilitation services in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）, and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the study are as follows. First, caregivers considered the therapist's expertise factor （4.58 points） as the most important when selecting a therapy center, followed by the economic factor （4.32 points）, the accessibility factor （4.07 points）, and the physical environment factor （3.98 points）. Second, the analysis of differences according to caregivers' characteristics revealed that full-time homemakers placed greater importance on the accessibility factor （4.26 points）, while working parents prioritized the physical environment factor （4.12 points）. In addition, the group using vouchers evaluated the economic factor （4.54 points） significantly higher than the non-using group. It was also found that low-income households emphasized economic efficiency and accessibility, whereas middle- and high-income households placed higher value on the expertise factor. Third, the multiple regression analysis examining the relative influence on the selection factors showed that voucher usage had a significant positive （+） effect on the economic factor, and household income level emerged as a key variable exerting a significant positive （+） effect on the expertise factor.
In conclusion, although the therapist's expertise serves as the top priority in caregivers' choice of speech therapy centers, the actual selection criteria and limiting factors operate differently depending on sociodemographic characteristics such as the caregiver's employment status, household income, and the reception of institutional benefits （vouchers）.
