대학생 진로타협과 진로스트레스와의 관계: 진로결정수준의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Relationship between Career Compromise and Career Stress of Korean College Students: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Career Decision Level

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of career decision on the relationship between career compromise and career stress of Korean college students. For this aim, 454 Korean college students participated in this study and their levels of career compromise, career stress, and career decision were assessed. We used Baron and Kenny’s mediation test procedure and Sobel test to analyze the data. As results, there was a significant and positive relationship between career compromise and career stress. In addition, when demographic variables(age, gender, grade, major field) were controlled, we found the mediational effect of career decision (decidedness, comfort) on the relationship between career compromise and career stress. With findings of this study, we offered implications and limitations of the present study as well as recommendations for the future research.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로타협과 진로스트레스의 관계에서 진로결정수준의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 충청, 전라, 경상 소재의 13개 4년제 대학의 재학생 454명이 연구에 참여하였으며 그들의 진로타협, 진로스트레스, 진로결정수준이 측정되었다. 연구 자료는 Baron과 Kenny의 매개효과 검증방법과 Sobel Test를 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 진로타협 정도와 진로스트레스는 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 대학생들의 인구통계학적 변인(나이, 성별, 학년, 전공계열)을 통제하였을 때, 진로타협과 진로스트레스와의 관계에 진로결정수준(결정성, 편안성)의 매개효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 진로 상담 연구 및 실제에서의 의의와 시사점, 그리고 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
