학교폭력 예방 프로그램의 운영 실태와 개선방안 연구 = The study of improvement measures and management realities of school violence prevention programs

국문 초록 (Abstract)

매해 증가하고 있는 학교폭력에 대해 예방을 위한 프로그램, 관련 법령 및 제도가 제시되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 학교폭력 예방을 위한 프로그램, 관련 법령 및 제도에 대해 학생들의 인식을 중심으로 실태 파악과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이론적 배경으로 학교폭력 개념과 원인, 학교폭력 예방을 위해 시행되고 있는 프로그램과 관련 법령·제도를 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 진행을 위해 학생들에게 실태 파악을 하였으며, 조사 내용은 학교폭력 개념 인지도, 통합신고망 117제도 인지도, 학교폭력 예방을 위해 가장 필요한 조치, 학교폭력 예방 프로그램의 구체적 내용인 상담, 행사, 교육, 신고 등의 내용으로 구성하였다. 조사 결과 학교폭력 예방 프로그램은 강당에서 외부 전문가의 강연·동영상이 대부분이었다. 학교폭력 개념과 통합신고망 117제도에 대해서는 인지도가 높은 편이었으나, 신고에 대해서는 소극적이었으며 그 이유는 보복이 두렵다는 대답이 가장 많았다. 학교폭력 예방을 위한 조치로 CCTV 설치가 가장 필요하다고 했다. 학교폭력 예방을 위한 프로그램으로 상담, 행사, 교육, 신고로 구분하여 실시 인지도에 대해 질문을 하였다. 조사 결과 학교폭력 설문지와 가정통신문, 경찰과 전문 상담사의 교육에 대해서 인지도가 높았다. 학교폭력 예방을 위해 필요한 조치로 경찰의 예방 교육과 순찰, CCTV 설치라고 대답을 했으나, 나머지 항목에 대해서는 별다른 효과가 없을 것이라고 대답했다. 조사 결과에 따른 개선방안으로 학교폭력 예방 프로그램의 실효성 확보를 위한 방안과 학교폭력 관련 기관의 효과적 운영 방안을 제시하였다.

School Violence continues to increase. In addition, new types have appeared, perpetrators are younger. In order to prevent violence in schools is a social problem, various systems and related laws and programs have been proposed. However, that there is doubt about the effectiveness, violence in school is because they are rather serious.
In this study, is the problems and countermeasures system of programs for prevention of school violence, and related laws and regulations, the study was centered on the awareness of students of school violence prevention program. Theoretical background was to investigate the laws and institutions and programs that are implemented to cause the concept of school violence, school violence prevention. It has the actual situation to students for the progress of this research, awareness of violence concept in schools, awareness of the 117 system is an integrated reporting system, The contents of the survey, necessary measures most for school violence prevention , I have configured consultation of the specific content of school violence prevention program, in the event content, education, etc. of notification. A result of the investigation, school violence prevention program, was mostly lectures and video experts outside the hall. For the 117 system is an integrated reporting system with the concept of school violence, was better awareness is high, but is reluctant to deliver, answered that scary retaliation was the most reasons. As a measure for school violence prevention, I have the need to install most of CCTV. Counseling programs for school violence prevention, I had a question about the awareness and carried out by classifying events, education, to deliver. A result of the investigation, awareness about the education of professional counselor family correspondence surveys and school violence, and police were high. As necessary measures for school violence prevention, was the answer to install and patrol prevention and education, the CCTV of police, on the other item, you answered you have no effect. As improvement measures based on the findings presented a management plan effective school violence agencies and measures to ensure effectiveness of school violence prevention program.
