해군사관생도의 스포츠 활동 참여와 리더십 기술 및 생활만족의 연관성 = Relationship of naval cadet's participation in sports and leadership skills, living satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study, which is based on analysis of Relationship of naval cadet's participation in sports and leadership skills, living satisfaction was to offer valid data that sports activity effect for the naval cadet's in Korea Naval Academy.
Subjects were 549 naval cadet's attending KNA in 2016. Among 549 questionnaires 543 questionnaires were collected for data analysis. As a research tool of this study, a questionnaire about on leadership skill and life satisfaction based on the inquiry scales has been used to analyze the data. Specifically, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and exploratory factor analysis have been used for the data analysis by using SPSS 21.0.
The conclusions were as follows.
First, there are differences among participation in sports and leadership skills, living satisfaction individual to individual.
Second, leadership skills have positive effects on the living satisfaction.
