학교사회복지사의 대인관계 능력이 직무만족에 미치는 경로분석: 학교사회복지사와 교사 간 신뢰와 협력의 매개효과 = The Paths of the Effect of School Social Workers` Interpersonal Relationship on Job Satisfaction: Mediative Effect of Trust and Collaboration between School Social Workers and Teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the paths of the interpersonal relationship effect on the job satisfaction of school social workers. Specially, this study focused on whether trust and collaboration between school social workers and teachers mediate this path. To achieve this purpose, 136 school social workers were sampled. The study found that the relationship between interpersonal relationship and job satisfaction of school social workers was mediated by trust between school social workers and teachers. Implications of the results were explored in terms of measures that improve the interpersonal relationship and trust between school social workers and teachers for helpful to job satisfaction of school social workers.
