진로성숙도를 매개로 한 진로체험 활동의 창의성 함양 효과 연구 = The creativity improvement effect according to the career exploration education and Mediating effect of career maturity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goal of 2009 revised education curriculum is to emphasize the creative exploration activity. It emphasized the school career exploration education for training the creative talented person. That is the key point. It``s very inportant for students to exercise the career development competences. That is the career exploration education in school. Therefore this study verified if the career exploration education in school is affected in training creative talented person. On the basis of them, this study provided the operational direction of career exploration education. In the present study, I used the variables as the adolescents`` career maturity, the creativity, the satisfaction feeling of career exploration education and career exploration experiences. The objects of study were 4,544 seoul middle school students of SELS(2010: Seoul Educational Longitudinal Study of 2010). Results showed that generally career maturity and the satisfaction feeling of career exploration education increased the creativity. And results of career maturity mediation effection according to the career exploration education showed that the satisfaction feeling of career education increased career maturity, at the same time career maturity increased the creativity. This study had positive significance to analysis the effects of the creativity improvement effect according to the career exploration education empirically. Also this study will contribute to career exploration education for middle school students.
