The main purpose of this investigation is to graft the previous cadastral surveying results onto Cadastral Resurvey Project (CRP), not conduct additional surveying process in order to minimize the time-spent and required expenses. Firstly, cadastral reference points located within an assigned test-bed are analyzed. From this analysis, a coincidence area can be classified between cadastral reference points. Cadastral surveying results from the appointed area are converted to World Geodetic Reference System (WGRS). The converted result is compared with field test, digital map, and orthophoto, since the feasibility as the fundamental resource for CRP is confirmed.
In consequence, the result of coordinate transformation is corresponding to that of field test by converging the error range. Therefore, it can be expected that the utilization of the coordinate transformation result significantly reduces time-consuming and field-work.
