대학의 봉사학습 프로그램 운영 모형 개발 연구 = Development of College Program Management Model for Service-Learning

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This primary purpose of this paper is to develop college program management model for Service-Learning in order to offer educational experiences to support meaningful community service. The research conducted the following steps: (1) literature reviews of Service-Learning, (2) survey on the demands for service learning program of students and the teaching staffs, (3) analysis of the service learning performance. Service-Learning management draft model in college had been applied in the second semester 2015. The design of program management model for Service-Learning consisted of six elements: the basic direction, objects, contents and methods, performance and reflection, administrate procedures, evaluation and sharing practical experience of Service -Learning.
