경남 보육시설 평가인증 조력에 대한 인식과 요구 = The recognition and demands about a assist for the evaluation and certification system of Gyeongnam child-care facilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육시설 평가인증 자체점검과정 중 조력과정에 대한 인식과 요구도를 보육시설 종사자들을 대상으로 문헌 연구, 전문가의 의견 수렴, 설문 조사 등의 방법으로 추진한 결과를 분석하여 평가인증의 질적 수준 향상 및 경남지역의 평가인증 조력에 대한 앞으로의 발전 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.
연구의 대상은 경남지역 보육시설 평가인증 통과시설 및 현재참여시설과 참여예정시설의 보육시설 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 일반빈도와 백분율 및 표준편차 그리고 카이제곱 검증(-검정), 일원배치 변량분석을 적용하여 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 경남의 보육시설 평가인증 조력실태를 알아본 결과, 평가인증 현재 참여시설 및 참여예정시설보다 통과시설의 보육시설종사자들이 경남의 보육정보센터에서 파견한 조력전문가에게 현장방문조력을 더 많이 받은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 경남의 보육시설 평가인증 조력에 대한 인식 조사를 한 결과, 평가인증 참여시 경남의 보육정보센터 조력이 도움되었다는 답이 지배적이었다. 그러나 모든 보육시설에서 경남의 보육정보센터 조력에 도움이 된다는 것에는 이견이 없으나 현재 참여시설과 참여예정시설에서의 평균이 통과시설보다 높게 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.
셋째, 경남의 보육시설 평가인증 조력에 대한 요구 분석 결과, 평가인증 지표에 근거한 객관적인 평가능력을 가진 현장방문조력자에게 1회 이상 현장방문조력 받기를 요구하였다. 평가인증 통과시설과 현재참여시설 및 참여예정시설에 따라 조력에 참여한 동기가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research tries to provide basic data for groping development plan to rise quality of the evaluation and certification system and to assist in that process of Gyeongnam province, with analyzing the result of conducting research recognition and demands about assisting process appeared when the facility checks the test of evaluation and certification by itself, targeting the workers, who work in child-care facilities, by literaturere search, gather experts’opinion and survey.
The objects of this research are the workers of the facilities, which hadpassed or are participating now of or will participate the test of evaluation and certification of a child-care facility in Gyeongnam province. Surveying them, I examined general frequency, percentage and standard deviation using SPSS 14.0 and examined differences applying chi-square verification (x2-verification) and one-way ANOVA. The results of the research are as follows.
The first, as the result of investigating actual condition of the assist to the test of evaluation and certification of Gyeongnam child-care facilities, workers of passed facilities had more visiting assist from assistants dispatched from Gyeongnam nurture information center than on going facilities’or planed facilities’ ones.
The second, as the result of the research for recognition about assist for the test of evaluation and certification of Gyeongnam child-care facilities, the prevailing answer was that it was helpful when they were testing, the assist from Gyeongnam nurture information center. However, as on going facilities and planed facilities showed higher average, there are meaningful statistical differences, there isn’t dissenting about the result that assists are helpful for all of child-care facility though.
The third, as the result of the research for demands about the assist for the test of evaluation and certification of Gyeongnam child-care facilities, facilities want more than one time of visiting assist by assistant who can evaluate fairly based on the index of the test of evaluation and certification. About the motive of participation, there were meaningful statistical differences among passed facilities and on going facilities and planed facilities.
