부모의 진로 및 자율성 지지가 고등학생의 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 : 성별에 따른 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Influence of parental career support and parental autonomy support on adolescent's career attitude maturity : The mediating effect of career decision-making self efficacy by Gender Difference

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the influence of parental career-related support and parental autonomy support on the adolescent's career attitude maturity and the mediating effect of career decision-making self efficacy. A total of 476 high-school adolescents completed a questionnaire packet including parental career-related support, autonomy support, career decision-making self efficacy and career attitude maturity. The data were analyzed to investigate the relations among the four variables by using correlation and multiple regression analysis.
The results indicated that male and female showed different correlations among parental career related support, autonomy support and career decision-making self efficacy. In addition, the results of multiple regression analysis indicated that there was no mediation effect of career decision making self-efficacy on the career attitude maturity for male but full mediation effect for female.
The implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모의 진로지지와 자율성지지가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에 대한 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 고등학생 476명을 대상으로 부모의 진로지지, 부모의 자율성지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로태도성숙을 측정하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 각 변인간 관계를 알아보았다.
결과는 부모의 진로지지와 부모의 자율성지지, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로태도성숙 간의 관계에서 남학생과 여학생이 다르게 나타났다. 위계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 부모의 진로지지와 자율성지지가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에 대한 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 남학생은 매개효과가 나타나지 않았고, 여학생은 부모의 진로지지가 진로결정자기효능감을 완전 매개하여 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미쳤다.
본 연구를 통해 청소년의 진로발달에 대한 부모의 영향이 자녀의 성별에 따라 다르게 작용한다는 것을 알아보았다.
