Vocational rehabilitation services policies and institutions, it is important to be effectively implemented in the field. With proactive attitude of Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities, Awareness the right of parents and the needs for vocational rehabilitation services for people with intellectual disabilities is significantly effective action on vocational rehabilitation and employment of successful users.
This study is Targeting parents of people with intellectual disabilities who use the vocational rehabilitation facility in Namyangju-ci, understand the Awareness and needs for rehabilitation services and programs, investigated and analyzed the correlation between those levels was to seek vocational rehabilitation services and programs Improvement of facilities. The results of the research were summarized as follow
First, in terms of awareness about vocational rehabilitation services, vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, vocational ability evaluation, work adjustment training and on-the-job-training sector was relatively high, job placement, after post-employment guidance, sheltered employment was relatively low. Appears as a low level of awareness services sector also needs a high level For the part of the post-employment services such as job placement requires an awareness and aggressive practices
Second, Results Correlation analysis in awareness and needs for rehabilitation services, service operations satisfaction, appropriate levels, facilities satisfaction, employee expertise, users of the stress level, utilization of local resources, facilities, etc. The awareness of the higher vocational rehabilitation services, the possibility of rehabilitation, satisfaction is high for the services and facilities, Users of the stress analysis as being low, Parents participate in regular consultation and training, service operations are needed to raise awareness levels.
Third, Need for rehabilitation services is inversely related from services fitness and staff expertise, and the stress is directly proportional to the analysis being, Vocational rehabilitation facility given the role for the user competence and ability by utilizing the ability evaluation and vocational rehabilitation counseling, and efforts to improve expertise, including refresher training facilities for workers
Fourth, The high satisfaction with the facilities, service awareness, appropriate levels of user services, local resource utilization level, also being investigated high professionalism of the staff and the possibility of rehabilitation. The rehabilitation facility is a demand for improving accessibility, Conveniences expansion, provision of facilities and equipment needed to operate the program and maintain the cleanliness effort
Fifth, User is inversely related to the degree of stress and the possibility of vocational rehabilitation, community resource utilization is proportional to the degree of correlation with the expected degree of rehabilitation possibility, the degree of staff expertise, service satisfaction operating status. therefore, through sport, sports, hobbies, leisure activities, etc. ever for users to maintain physical and mental health, in conjunction with local communities in order to accomplish this it is important to actively utilize the resources reserves.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

직업재활서비스 정책과 제도는 현장에서 효과적으로 이행되는 것이 중요하다. 직업재활시설의 전향적인 자세와 함께 지적장애인의 직업재활서비스에 대한 부모의 바른 인식과 욕구는 이용자의 효과적인 직업재활과 성공적인 취업에 크게 작용한다.
본 연구는 남양주시에 소재한 직업재활시설을 이용하고 있는 지적장애인의 부모를 대상으로 재활서비스 및 프로그램에 대한 인식과 욕구를 파악, 그 수준을 조사하고 상관관계를 분석하여 해당 시설의 직업재활서비스 및 프로그램 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 직업재활서비스에 대한 인식수준은 직업재활상담, 직업능력평가, 직업적응훈련 및 현장훈련 부문이 상대적으로 높았으며, 직업알선, 취업 후 사후지도, 보호고용은 상대적으로 낮았다. 또한, 인식수준이 낮은 서비스 분야는 욕구수준이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 취업 알선, 취업 후 사후지도 등 직업재활서비스 분야에 대한 인식 개선과 함께 적극적인 실천노력이 요구된다.
둘째, 재활서비스에 대한 인식, 욕구, 서비스운영 만족도, 적합수준, 시설만족도, 직원 전문성, 이용자의 스트레스 및 시설의 지역자원 활용도 등 상관관계분석 결과, 재활서비스에 대한 인식 정도가 높으면 직업재활의 가능성, 서비스 및 시설에 대한 만족도는 높고, 이용자의 스트레스는 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 인식 수준을 높이기 위해 정기적인 상담 및 교육, 서비스 운영에 부모참여 등이 필요하다.
셋째, 재활서비스에 대한 욕구는 서비스 적합도, 담당자의 전문성과는 부적인 관계, 스트레스와는 정적인 관계가 있음이 나타났다. 따라서 직업재활시설은 직업재활상담과 능력평가를 활용하여 이용자 적성과 역량에 맞는 역할을 부여하고, 시설 종사자에 대한 보수교육 등 전문성 제고에 노력해야한다.
넷째, 시설에 대한 만족도가 높으면 서비스의 인식, 자녀의 적합수준, 지역자원 활용정도, 재활 가능성 및 담당자의 전문성 등도 높게 조사되었다. 시설까지의 접근성 제고, 편의시설 확충, 프로그램 운영에 필요한 시설과 장비의 구비 및 청결 유지 노력이 요망된다.
다섯째, 이용자의 스트레스 정도는 직업재활의 가능성과는 부적인 관계가 있다고 분석되었다. 지역사회자원 활용정도는 직업재활 가능성 기대정도, 담당직원의 전문성 정도, 서비스 운영 실태 만족도 등과는 정적인 상관관계가 있음이 분석되었다. 따라서 이용자에 대한 스포츠, 체육, 취미, 여가 등 활동을 통해 신체, 정신적 건강을 유지토록 하며, 이를 실현하기 위하여 지역사회와 연계하여 그 보유자원을 적극 활용하는 것이 중요하다.
