진로집단상담이 학습부진아의 진로의식성숙 및 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of Career Group Counseling on the career Maturity and Career Decision-Making Efficacy of Underachievers in Middle School

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this studt were to find out the effects of a career group counseling on the career maturity and career decision-making efficacy of underachievers in middle school. The hypotheses were first, the career maturity level in the experimental group who participated in the career group counseling would be improved than that of the control group who did not participate. Second, the career decision-making efficacy level in the experimental group would be increased than that of the control group. The research subjects were consisted of the experimental and control groups by 15 underachievers respectively in M middle school, Daegu, Korea. 13 sessions of the career group counseling were carried to the the experimental group for 90 minutes each session. The results of this study were first, the career group counseling improved the career decisiveness and career tendency in the career maturity of underachievers. Second, the experimental group indicated to be significantly enhanced in the total scores of career decision-making efficacy and in the subareas of plan establishment, problem solution, and self-evaluation compared to the control group. These results proved that the career group counseling showed the positive effects on the career maturity and career decision-making efficacy levels of the underachievers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로집단상담이 학습부진 중학생의 진로의식성숙 및 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구가설은 첫째, 진로집단상담에 참여한 실험집단의 진로의식성숙 수준은 통제집단보다 향상될 것이다. 둘째, 진로집단상담에 참여한 실험집단의 진로결정효능감은 통제집단보다 향상 될 것이다. 연구대상은 대구광역시에 소재한 M중학교 1학년 학생들로서 IQ 85 이상이며, 학력평가에서 하위 10% 이내에 있는 30명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 15명씩 무선배정하였다. 측정도구는 진로의식성숙을 측정하기 위해 Crites(1978)의 Career Maturity Inventory를 이현림(1994)이 번안한 것을 사용하였다. 진로결정효능감 수준은 Taylor와 Betz(1983)의 Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale을 번안하여 사용하였다. 자료분석은 진로집단상담이 학습부진 중학생의 진로의식성숙과 진로결정효능감 수준에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해, 각 척도의 하위 영역별 평균과 표준편차를 산출한 후, 공변량 분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 진로집단상담에 참여한 학생들은 진로의식성숙의 전체점수와 하위영역의 진로결정성과 진로성향이 향상되었다. 둘째, 진로집단상담을 실시한 집단은 진로결정효능감의 전체잠수와 하위 영역의 계획수립, 문제해결 및 자기평가 수준이 향상되었다.
