제도적 맥락에서 한일 간의 공동주택관리 비교 연구 = A Comparative Study for an Apartment Housing Management between Korea and Japan on the Institutional Context

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

An apartment housing makes up 66 percent of the total housing in Korea. This paper studied on the institutional context about an apartment housing management between Korea and Japan. It takes improve the next things in broad self-government. Firstly, it must be set up an apartment housing management systems that it makes “an apartment housing management act” must be formulated newly as an integration of `Housing Act` and the other law. Secondly, the efficiency of management has increased to revitalize the total management systems of an apartment housing management. Thirdly, An apartment housing management public corporation must be founded in a wide self-government corps. Fourthly, a staff training program has to be improved for housing manager in an apartment housing management Fifthly, it takes to operate efficient of housing managers benevolent society. In future, the roles of local government about an apartment housing management must be upgrade for management service to improve quality of life and a healthy environment over a dimension the operation and maintenance management of an apartment housing.
