대학 태권도 시범단의 지도자-단원 교환관계(LMX)가 팀 몰입과 팀 성과에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of leader-member exchange(LMX) on team commitment and team performance of university taekwondo demonstration players. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among leader-member exchange(LMX) of university taekwondo demonstration players, team commitment and team performance on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 212 participants were sampled from the university taekwondo demonstration players in Gyeonggido, Chungnam and Chungbuk region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, leader-member exchange(LMX) of university taekwondo demonstration players had positive influence on team commitment. Second, leader-member exchange(LMX) of university taekwondo demonstration players had positive influence on team performance. Third, team commitment had positive influence on team performance.
