대학생의 애착외상경험이 사회적 상호작용 불안에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지를 통한 자기분화의 조절된 매개효과 = Influence of college students' attachment trauma on social interaction anxiety: testing the moderated mediating effects of self- differentiation through social support

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 경험한 애착외상과 자기분화가 사회적 상호작용 불안에 미치는 영향에 대해서 사회적 지지가 어떤 영향을 주는지 확인하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구를 위해서 20세부터 29세의 대학생 355명을 대상으로 애착외상척도, 자기분화척도, 사회적지지척도, 사회적 상호작용 불안척도를 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해서 IBM SPSS 프로그램과 SPSS PROCESS MACRO를 이용해서 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 애착외상은 자기분화와 사회적 지지와 부적 상관관계를 나타낸 반면 사회적 상호작용 불안과는 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 자기분화는 사회적 지지와 정적상관관계를 보였고 사회적 상호작용 불안과는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 사회적 지지는 사회적 상호작용 불안과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째로, 애착외상과 사회적 상호작용 불안 간의 관계에서 자기분화가 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로, 사회적 지지는 자기분화와 사회적 상호작용 불안의 관계에서 조절효과를 드러냈다. 넷째로, 애착외상이 자기분화를 통해서 사회적 상호작용 불안에 영향을 주는 가운데 사회적 지지가 조절된 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 애착외상이 사회적 상호작용 불안에 미치는 영향에서 자기분화의 매개효과 및 사회적 지지의 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과를 발견했다. 이는 사회적 지지가 보호요인으로서 중요함을 시사하고 실제 상담현장에서 자기분화를 높이고 사회적 상호작용 불안을 줄일 수 있는 기초적인 자료를 제시하고 상답기법을 마련하는데 의의가 있는 것으로 본다.

This study was performed to examine how social support influence the effect of attachment trauma that college students experienced and self differentiation on social interaction anxiety. For this object, Childhood Traumatic Questionnaire, Self-Differentiation Scale, Perception of Social Support Scale, and Social Interaction Anxiety Scale was used for 355 college students from 20 to 29 years old. To analysis data, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis correlation analysis, hierarchical analysis was verified by IBM SPSS and SPSS PROCESS MACRO. First, attachment trauma showed negative correlation with self-differentiation and social support whereas attachment trauma showed positive correlation with social interaction anxiety. self-differentiation showed positive correlation with social support whereas self-differentiation showed negative correlation with social interaction anxiety. social support showed negative correlation with social interaction anxiety. Second, self-differentiation presented complete mediating effect on relation between Attachment Trauma and social interaction anxiety. Third, social support revealed moderating effect on the effect of self-differentiation on social interaction anxiety. Fourth, social support presented moderated mediating effect on the effect of attachment trauma on social interaction anxiety through self-differentiation. This study found mediating effect of self-differentiation and moderating effect, moderated mediating effect of social support that influence effect of attachment trauma on social interaction anxiety. This means social support have significant importance as a protective factor for social interaction anxiety. And implications of present study is offering basic data and preparing counseling skills for reducing social interaction anxiety and enhancing self-differentiation in counseling service at the work.
