부산국제금융센터(BIFC)를 대상으로 한 빌딩물류 공동화 적용방안 연구 = A Study on the Application Proposals of Building Logistics Collaboration for Busan International Finance Center

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Application fields of logistics have gradually varied from the level of nation to the level of district. One of the biggest issues of city logistics is about management of freight cars. In recent years, it comes up for logistics collaboration as one of logistics techniques considering environment by decreasing unnecessary freight cars in the town areas which was suffering from heavy traffic and air pollution. Especially building collaboration has been applied to metropolitan areas in Europe and Japan. Building collaboration means that many companies which took occupancy of a skyscraper cooperate the transport and delivery activities together. This study suggested some application proposals of building logistics collaboration and estimated the effect of application with a target building. As the final result, it brought approximately 96.67% reduction of the number of freight cars with the other additional benefits such as improving environment and reducing logistics cost. From this result, it also will need arrangement of various application proposals considering expansion to existing facilities and application range.
