식품업체 및 국가식품안전정책에 대한 소비자신뢰모형 분석 = Analysis of Consumer Trust Model regarding Food Businesses and Government Food Safety Policies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Food safety is a policy problem that is being handled seriously all over the world. With growing quality of life, the demand for people’s safety is indefinitely increasing, and nations and food industries have diversely tried to enact food laws and construct systems in order to secure food safety. However, increasing food safety incidents and accidents decrease consumers’ trust in food safety. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to analyze the consumer trust model regarding food businesses and government food safety policies and to inquiries of food safety information and to find trust establishing measures based on these grounds. Research results show that food safety information is a variable which greatly influences trust in food businesses and government food safety policies. Therefore, it is thought that efforts for establishing an information delivery system which will allow accurate food safety information to be delivered to and applied by consumers and operational support concerning organizations that cover general food safety information in Korea will contribute to heightening consumer trust.
