대학체육 발표수업에서의 동료평가 활용사례 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 대학 체육수업에서 창의적인 교수법의 일환으로 동료평가에 의한 평가사례를 연구함으로써 그 유용성을 검증해보고자 하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 동료평가자들은 평가를 통해 순위를 정하기는 하지만 동료이므로 점수를 매우 낮게 주지는 않으려는 성향을 엿 볼 수 있었으며, 반대로 아무리 잘한 경우라 하더라도 최고의 점수를 부여하지는 않으려는 성향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 점수를 잘 받은 두 학생의 특징을 살펴보면 주어진 과제에 대한 핵심을 잘 이해하고, 팀 내 리더로서 과제를 이끌어가는 과정을 동료들은 이해했기 때문이라고 사료된다. 반면 점수를 낮게 받은 학생들의 특징은 청중과의 교감 즉 평가자들과의 눈빛교환 등이 없이 원고만을 읽는 경우, 발표시간을 지키지 않는 경우 등이었다. 셋째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 평가점수의 분포를 살펴본 결과, 성별에 따라 여학생이 남학생보다 더 높은 점수를 받았으며, 사례수가 적어 단정 지을 수는 없겠으나 학번과 학년이 높을수록 높은 점수를 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 특별히 못하지만 않으면 소수의 약자에 대해 그다지 낮은 점수를 부여하지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the usefulness of peer assessment in presentation class of collegiate physical education as a part of creative teaching method by researching the assessment cases. The study results are as follows. First, although peer assessors decided the rank through assessment, there were tendencies that they seldom granted low score because assessors are their peers. On the contrary, peer assessors did not grant the best score although the presentation was very good. Second, when considering the characteristics of two students, who acquired high scores, they understood the core of given assignment and their peer assessors understood their process to lead assignments as team leaders. On the contrary, the students, who acquired low scores, showed the tendency of just reading script without the sympathy with assessors like eyesight exchange or not keeping presentation time. Third, when considering the distribution of assessment scores depending on the demographic characteristic, for gender, female students got higher score than male students. Although it was hard to confirm because of insufficient cases, it was found that the higher grade was, the higher score was. With the exception of the worst presentation, it was found that peer assessors did not grant very low grade to the weak of minority.
