저출산ㆍ고령사회대응을 위한 거버넌스체계 구축에 관한 연구 = 경기도 사례를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to contribute to build a governance model that regional level is coping with the low fertility and ageing society(LFAS). For reach at the goal, we not only reviewed literatures concerned with low fertility, ageing, and governance but also analyzed the case of Gyeonggi Province. We suggested about the following four things throughout this study. Firstly, it has to design a network model about interacting relationship that local government among organizations participating in coping with the LFAS of region. Secondly, it is able to gain much lessons from the case of “Baby Love Organization”that the membership and operation of governance system for coping with the LFAS. Thirdly, to vitalize private-public partnership has to enact local government’s ordinance for the participation of NGOs in coping with the LFAS. Fourthly, organizations are had charge of individual roles and responsibilities that participated in governance system for coping with the LFAS.
