      At the dawn of this century, modern design declared the paradigm of mechanic age that would play a key role in the world to come. And on the ideological ground, these following hypotheses have existed.
      ①That various private experiences could be attained in the form of a single life through massive control, ②going through a process that excludes decoration and mysticism by a scientific method which brings objective order was what we call a move toward the foreseen world. But at the time when both perfect uniformity and objectivity are considered impossible, complete control gradually turned out to be unreasonable in ethical and cognitive sense. whereupon designers who are opposed to the limited uniform language that had been artificially set up by modern design lately began to try to liberate the potentiality that design has. For that reason, it was the role of post-modernism that brought a turning point to reflect with which we re-recognize modernism that had binding meaning while we enlarge the frame and dimension of thinking standardized in the numerously repetitive patterns of cultural stream from the sixties to the present, and that also brought up wear shop, which not only promotes the psychological satisfaction, communication, and aethetic experiences in consumer's shopping behavior, but also improves the environmental quality, endows parents the easiness of shopping, and calls for children's interest and dream.
      Viewing the whole chidren's wear shop as a "visual stage", I proposed a design model that I combined interior design and display design to a comprehensive system.
      Like a star actor coming up on the stage, chidren's wear shop that adopted BI as above must display goods effectively in the shop so that it might become an effective sales space that is beneficial to the enterprise as well as that meets customers' desire which is becoming more diversified and high quality-oriented.
      To accomplish the ideal, there must be an interesting scenario, and the shop owner must spread the scenario organically from its entrance which is the show window to the transaction space by a method that enables it to be customer-inducing through the moving line. The display of chidren's wear shop should break from mere exhibition of goods. It must create a humane environment that is comfortable and serviceable, which makes it possible to meet consumers' aesthetic and emotional desire as well as cultural needs like information gathering.
