수업컨설팅이 교사의 수업효율성과 학생의 자기주도적 학습 및 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 수업컨설팅이 교사의 수업효율성과 학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 문제해결능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 구명하여 수업컨설팅 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 수업컨설팅 의뢰교사가 담임하고 있는 초등학교 5학년 학생들을 실험집단으로 사전 검사를 실시하고, 4차례의 수업컨설팅을 적용한 후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 초풍학생들이 지각하는 교사의 수업효율성, 자기주도적 학습능력, 문제해결능력 사후검사 점수의 차이유무가 사전에 존재했던 사전검사 점수의 영향에 의한 것인지를 밝히기 위해 사전점수를 공변인으로 하고, 사후점수를 종속변인으로 하는 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 수업컨설팅은 초등학생이 지각하는 교사의 수업효율성, 학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 문제해결능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 수업컨설팅이 초등학생이 지각하는 교사의 수업효율성, 자기주도적 학습능력, 문제해결능력을 신장시키는 데 효과적이었으며 특히 수업컨설팅이 초등학교 수업방법개선에 대한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있음을 보여주었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to exam the effects of the instructional consulting on efficiency of teacher's instruction, student's self-directed learning ability, and their problem solving ability in order to verify the effects of instructional consulting. Four times of consulting was performed for 14 weeks. In the consulting, a discussion focused on strategies which help learners making study plan by themselves and searching . applying various learning strategies through self-studying as well as small group discussion.
In order to exam whether the existence of differences in efficiency of teacher's instruction, student's self-directed learning ability, and their problem solving ability was due to the preliminary observation score, this study conducted ANCOVA analysis that used the preliminary observation score as a covariate and post observation score as a dependent variable. The results of this analysis based on the purpose of study are followings. Instructional consulting is positive to class efficiency of the teacher, students' self-directed learning ability, students' problem solving ability which elementary school children perceived.
The above results show that instructional consulting is effective in extending with class efficiency of the teachers which students perceived, self-directed learning ability, and problem solving ability. Especially, it tells us that instructional consulting can provide a basic data regarding an improvement of elementary school instruction methods.
