북한의 대남 사이버테러 사례연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

North Korea has continuously been fostering cyber terror by cyberterrorists who have been trained since the early 1990s. Cyber terror could severely damage to the nation. For instance, it could heavily affect on economic loss, defame the nation, and also reveal national intelligence so we should build proper precautions against cyber terrorism. Although South Korea is face up to threats of cyber terrorism, the nation only has high level of vague anxiety but does not construct response plan on the cyber terrorism. When the cyber terror crime happens, South Korea focuses on identifying whether North Korea were responsible of the case and also putting the matters right. However, the nation's counterplan on the cyber terrorism is still inadequate if the cyber terror crime happens again.
Seven recent cases of cyber terror crime by North Korea has been reviewed and also discussed about countermeasure on the study.
