CIPP모형을 활용한 청소년 자치배움터 사업 평가:서울시교육청 ‘다가치학교’ 사례를 중심으로 = Evaluation of Youth Autonomous Learning Center Program Using the CIPP Model: Focusing on the case of ‘Dagachi-School’ of Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education

This research aims to conduct a systematic analysis of the performance of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education’s youth autonomous learning center program, the ‘Dagachi-School’, and to propose potential enhancements. The study employs the CIPP(Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model, which facilitates a comprehensive examination of the entire evaluation process, to analyze the Dagachi-School initiative. The findings indicate that the Dagachi-School has clearly delineated its objective of fostering youth self-direction and has effectively allocated human resources, including dispatched teachers and coordinators. The demand-responsive spatial configuration and youth-led programs have resulted in high levels of satisfaction among participating youth, while connections with the local community have been progressively strengthened. However, a notable limitation is the local government’s inability to share the manpower and budget as initially anticipated, which may impact the program’s sustainability. This study is significant as it provides a thorough analysis of the achievements and limitations of the Dagachi-School and offers directions for future development.
