당（唐）대 고시사로 작곡된 중국 현대예술가곡의 음악적 특징 연구 : 〈별동대（别董大）〉, 〈금슬（錦瑟）〉을 중심으로 = A Study on the Musical Characteristics of Modern Chinese Art Songs Composed from Tang Dynasty Classical Poetry and Ci Poetry

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focuses on Tang poetry art songs and examines the phenomenon of “same text, different musical settings” （tongshi yiqu）. Taking two representative works, Farewell to Dong Da and Jinse, as case studies, the research explores how identical poetic texts are interpreted through different musical compositions.
First, the study outlines the artistic characteristics of Tang poetry and its integration with music, providing a historical overview of the development of Chinese art songs. It then analyzes the original poetic texts and compares different musical settings by various composers, focusing on melodic structure, formal design, and emotional expression. Through this analysis, the study reveals how composers reinterpret poetic meaning and create diverse musical expressions based on the same text.
Furthermore, from a vocal performance perspective, this research discusses the differences between traditional Chinese vocal techniques and Western vocal approaches, highlighting their respective expressive features and stylistic characteristics.
The findings suggest that the “same text, different musical settings” phenomenon reflects not only the diversity of musical interpretation but also the creative transformation of traditional poetry within modern Chinese art songs.
