교사의 변혁적 리더십이 학생의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 = Transformational Leadership and self-esteem

Does transformational leadership of teacher increases the self-esteem of student? Using survey data from 142 high school students, this study investigates the effect of transformational leadership on the self-esteem. This study hypothesizes that perception of fairness mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and self-esteem, that is transformational leadership increases perception of fairness and this in turn increases self-esteem of students, and if perception of fairness is controlled the relationship between transformational leadership and self-esteem would disappear. Regression results shows that perception of fairness fully mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and self-esteem. Finally we proposed the implications and limits of our study.
