지방공무원의 퇴직태도가 퇴직준비에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Impact of Local Government Officials’ Attitudes of Retirement on Their Retirement Readiness : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 지방공무원의 퇴직태도가 퇴직준비에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 성남시 공무원 315명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 퇴직태도로서 ‘휴식으로의 전환’은 취업준비와 관계준비에 각각 부(-)적으로 유의한 영향을미쳤으며, ‘새로운 출발 태도’는 퇴직준비의 4개 하위요인(취업준비, 재무준비, 건강준비, 관계준비) 모두에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기효능감은 ‘새로운 출발’이 퇴직태도의 하위 3개 변인(취업준비, 재무준비, 관계준비)에 미치는 영향을 부분 매개하고, 건강준비에 미치는 영향(+)은 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과는 퇴직예정 공무원들이 자기효능감을 가지고 퇴직에 대해 보다 긍정적인 관점을 가지고 접근할 수있도록 퇴직준비 지원정책을 수립할 필요성을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper examines the effects of local government officials’ retirement attitudes on their retirement readiness and whether self-efficacy mediates the effects of these attitudes by conducting a survey of 315 local government officials in Seongnam City. The results showed that 'transition to rest' as a retirement attitude had a negative effect on employment readiness and relationship readiness, respectively, and that 'new start attitude' had a positive effect on all four subfactors of retirement readiness (employment, health and relationship and finance readiness). Self-efficacy partially mediated the effect of “new beginning” on job, finance, and relationship related readiness, and fully mediated the positive effect on health readiness. These results altogether suggest that local governments should establish retirement preparation support policies to help local public officials perceive retirement as a new beginning.
