소방공무원의 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 효과 = The Effect of the Resilience on Firefighter's Job Stress and Depression Relations

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to find the intervention plans on the preventative level about the job stress and mental health problems of firefighters by investigating the role of resilience in the relationship between job stress and the depression of the firefighters. For this, targeting 112 of fire-fighters in Gyeonggi-do, purposive sampling was conducted and investigated. Study results showed job stress of firefighters significantly affected the depression and the controlling effects of the resilience between job stress and depression was significantly identified. Base on the results of this study, this study showed the possibility that the resilience could be applied as the internal handling resources of the firefighters and suggested the active supports like the effective Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on the preventative level.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 소방공무원의 직무스트레스와 우울의 관계에서 회복탄력성이 어떠한 역할을 하고 있는지 알아봄으로써 소방공무원의 직무스트레스와 정신건강 문제에 관한 예방적 차원의 개입방안을 모색하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 경기도에 소재하고 있는 소방공무원 112명을 대상으로 유의표집을 실시하여 조사하였다. 연구결과, 소방공무원의 직무스트레스는 우울에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 직무스트레스와 우울 간에 회복탄력성의 조절효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 소방공무원들의 내적 대처자원으로서 회복탄력성을 적용해볼 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다는 점과 직무스트레스를 낮추고 정신건강 관리를 위한 예방차원의 효과적인 근로자지원프로그램(EAP)의 적극적인 지원과 강화를 할 수 있도록 제안하였다.
