생활체육지도자의 근무환경 개선을 위한 문제점 분석 -부산광역시 생활체육지도자를 중심으로- = Analysis on the Problems to Improve Working Environment of Sports for All Instructors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to analyze the suffering and conflicts of sports for all instructors to develop sports for all and examine the problems from the instructors’ position in order to propose practical measures to improve their working environment. To attain the goal, this paper selected six instructors working in the sports for all meeting in Busan Metropolitan City and collected data through in-depth interviewing and participant observation, etc. After transcribing the data collected from the in-depth interviewing and participant observation with Word Program, this study categorized the contents of the original material by topics. And the results are as shown below. First, it has been shown that in the working environment of sports for all instructors, they recognize their salary is rather low in terms of their role performance and expertise and feel difficulty for work overload. Second, it has been found that communication in an organization significantly affects colleague instructors and managers at work. Third, regarding the prospect for future, there are problems of the sports for all meeting’s instability and promotional system, and since the future of the project to arrange sports for all is unstable and the opportunity for promotion is rather poor, they view their prospect for future negatively.
