모래놀이치료에서 나타난 자아강화 과정의 상징적 의미: 애착 관련 문제행동을 보이는 아동 중기 남아를 중심으로 = The Symbolic Meanings Involved in Ego-strengthening Process of Sandplay Therapy: Focused on Boys with Attachment-related Problem Behaviors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to better understand the process of ego-strengthening boys with attachment-related problem behaviors demonstrated in sandplay therapy. Two boys in middle-childhood participated in the study: The seven-year-old and nine-year-old having gone through 26 and 31 sessions, respectively, during the sandplay therapy counselled by a therapist. The data consisted of recorded videos, the comments of supervisor, information from parent-discussion, and more. The features of ego-strengthening were structured around the 8 sub-topics of 4 topics. The summary of the ego-strengthening process is as follows: It proceeds, first, with the ego state of introduction, then with the ego against negative mothering, the ego-strengthening through a battle, and lastly the ego to be self-realized. The implications of the results of analytic-psychological therapy and research limitations are discussed.
