교외 복합 문화공간에 관한 연구 : 공원형 식음 공유시설을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 라이프스타일이 중요시되면서 사람들이 많이 모이는 장소에 여러 복합문화공간의 다양화로 인해 소비자들은 다른 상업시설과 달리 도심과 교외 모두 끊임없이 방문을 이어나가고 있는 추세이다. 그만큼 소비자들은 한 공간에서 식음과 문화, 체험의 공간을 해결할 수 있는 공간을 찾고 라이프스타일을 추구하는데 시간을 투자하고 있다는 것으로 해석이 가능하다. 그러나 최근 급격하게 많은 복합문화공간이 생겨남에도 불구하고 현재 복합문화공간에 관한 선행연구는 활발하게 진행되고 있지만 그에 반해 교외에 초점을 맞춘 교외 복합문화공간에 대한 연구내용은 비교적 미흡한 실정이다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 교외에 위치한 복합문화공간의 특성에 대해 사례분석 및 이론적 고찰을 통하여 교외 복합문화공간에 관한 연구를 진행하였다.

해당 연구에서는 현재 건물 기능을 유지 및 새로운 기능을 추가하는 방법의 리노베이션을 통하여 공원과 공유되는 식음시설을 중심으로 교외형 복합문화공간으로 제안하고자 하였다.

교외 복합문화공간의 사례조사 및 분석과, 공원형 식음 공유시설에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 해당 프로젝트에 반영하였다. 이러한 연구는 향후 공원형 식음 공유시설을 초점으로 소비자의 방문을 유도하여 사회 및 경제적 측면에서도 교외지역의 활성화 및 관광효과 창출 등의 기능과, 도심 뿐만 아니라 교외 및 베드타운에 위치한 복합문화공간의 활성화를 기대해 볼 수 있으며 향후 다양한 공원형 식음공유시설의 발전을 위한 자료가 될 것으로 예상된다.

With the recent importance of lifestyle, consumers continue to visit both urban and suburban areas, unlike other commercial facilities, due to the diversification of cultural complex spaces in places where many people gather. As such, it can be interpreted that consumers are investing their time in finding a space where they can solve food, culture and experience in one place and pursuing their lifestyles.

However, despite the recent rapid rise of many cultural complex spaces, a prior study on the complex culture space is currently being conducted actively, whereas the research on the complex cultural space focused on the suburbs is relatively insufficient. Thus, this study conducted a study on the characteristics of the complex cultural space located in the suburbs through case analysis and theoretical consideration.

The study was intended to propose as a suburban composite cultural space with a focus on food and beverage facilities shared with the park through the renovation of how to maintain the current building function and add new functions.

A case study and analysis of the complex cultural space in the suburbs, and a theoretical study on the public food sharing facility in the park were reflected in the project. Such research is expected to provide information for the development of various park-type food-sharing facilities in the future, as well as the function of revitalizing the suburban areas and creating tourism effects in socio-economic terms, as well as urban areas.
