    본 연구는 중국 대학생을 대상으로 모애착과 부애착이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 자아분화와 회복탄력성을 매개로 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는 데 그 목적을 두였다.
    이와 같은 검증을 위하여 중국 쓰촨성에 소재한 3개의 4년제 종합대학에 재학 중인 대학생 595명을 대상으로 2022년 5월 9일부터 5월 15일까지 예비조사를 하였으며, 2022년 8월 29일부터 9월 20일까지 중국 전역의 대학생 4,307명에게 온라인으로 설문지를 배포하고 본 조사를 실시하였다.
    그리고 수집된 자료에 대해서는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 측정도구의 타당성을 확인하였고 측정도구의 신뢰성을 살펴보기 위하여 Cronbach's α 계수에 의한 내적 일치도를 산출하였다. 또한 연구모형 검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였고, 각 변인 들 간의 직·간접효과를 확인하는 과정에서 간접효과의 유의성을 평가하기 위한 부트스트래핑을 이용한 검증을 적용하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 연구문제를 바탕으로 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
    첫째, 주요변인의 전반적인 경향성을 살펴보면 중국 대학생들은 모애착, 부애착, 자아분화, 회복탄력성, 진로성숙도 수준을 보통 이상으로 인식하고 있었으며 모애착과 부애착의 하위변인별로 살펴보면 신뢰감이 가장 높았고 이어서 의사소통, 소외감 순이었다. 자아분화의 하위변인별로 살펴보면 정서단절, 자기위치, 타인과의 융합, 정서반응 순으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성의 하위변인별로 자기강화, 강인성, 낙천성 순으로 나타났다. 진로성숙도의 하위변인별로 독립성이 가장 높고, 준비성, 의존성, 목적성, 결정성, 확신성 순으로 나타났다.
    둘째, 개인배경변인에 따른 차이를 분석한 결과로는 모애착에 대해서는 성별, 학년, 출신지, 외동 여부에 따라 유의미한 차이가 보였고 전공계열, 전공선택, 아르바이트 여부에 따른 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 부애착은 학년, 출신지, 외동 여부에 따라 통계적 유의미한 차이가 보였고 성별, 전공계열, 전공선택, 아르바이트 여부에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 자아분화의 하위변인별로 타인과의 융합과 정서반응은 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 보였고 자아분화는 학년, 전공계열, 전공선택, 출신지, 외동 여부, 아르바이트 여부에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성은 성별, 전공선택, 출신지, 외동 여부, 아르바이트 여부에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있고 학년, 전공계열에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 진로성숙도는 학년, 전공선택, 출신지, 외동 여부, 아르바이트 여부에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있고, 성별, 전공계열에 따른 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다.
    셋째, 모애착, 부애착, 자아분화, 회복탄력성, 진로성숙도의 Pearson 상관관계를 분석한 결과에 대해서는 변인들 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났으며 각 변인 간의 상관관계가 0.80 이상의 수치를 초과하지 않아 변인 간의 공분산은 0.10 이상이고 분산팽창계수는 10 이하의 수치를 보이지 않아 다중공선성의 문제는 없는 것으로 분석되었다.
    넷째, 모애착, 부애착, 자아분화, 회복탄력성, 진로성숙도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석한 결과는 모애착, 부애착, 자아분화와 회복탄력성이 진로성숙도에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
    다섯째, 자아분화, 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 자아분화는 모애착과 진로성숙도, 부애착과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에서는 모두 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
    또한 회복탄력성은 모애착과 진로성숙도, 부애착과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에서 모두 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 모애착과 부애착은 자아분화와 회복탄력성을 순차적으로 매개하여 진로성숙도에 미치는 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
    이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 본 연구는 중국 대학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 모애착, 부애착, 자아분화와 회복탄력성에 대하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증함으로써 그 중요성에 대한 시사점과 함께, 직업에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 대학생들에게 모애착과 부애착의 영향에 대한 자각과 함께 이를 지지하는 제도 마련이 필요하다는 것을 제안하고자 하였다. 또한 대학생들의 진로성숙을 위해서는 자아분화와 회복탄력성을 고취시키는 체계적 교육과 지도 그리고 상담 프로그램의 개발 및 관련 교과목 확대를 통한 노력도 수반되어야 하는 것도 중요한 근거로 제시하고자 하며 앞으로도 대학생들의 진로 및 성장과 관련된 영역과 후속연구에 크게 조력할 것이라고 기대하고자 한다.

    또한 회복탄력성은 모애착과 진로성숙도, 부애착과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에서 모두 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 모애착과 부애착은 자아분화와 회복탄력성을 순차적으로 매개하여 진로성숙도에 미치는 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
    이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 본 연구는 중국 대학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 모애착, 부애착, 자아분화와 회복탄력성에 대하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증함으로써 그 중요성에 대한 시사점과 함께, 직업에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 대학생들에게 모애착과 부애착의 영향에 대한 자각과 함께 이를 지지하는 제도 마련이 필요하다는 것을 제안하고자 하였다. 또한 대학생들의 진로성숙을 위해서는 자아분화와 회복탄력성을 고취시키는 체계적 교육과 지도 그리고 상담 프로그램의 개발 및 관련 교과목 확대를 통한 노력도 수반되어야 하는 것도 중요한 근거로 제시하고자 하며 앞으로도 대학생들의 진로 및 성장과 관련된 영역과 후속연구에 크게 조력할 것이라고 기대하고자 한다.

    This study aims to investigate the effect of mother attachment and father attachment on career maturity in Chinese college students and to empirically verify the effects of mother and father attachment on career maturity through the mediation of differentiation of self and resilience.
    For this verification, a preliminary survey was conducted from May 9 to May 15, 2022, with 595 university students attending three four-year universities in Sichuan, China. The main study was conducted from August 29 to September 20, 2022 and a questionnaire was distributed online to 4,307 college students across China.
    For the collected data, SPSS 25.0 program and AMOS 24.0 program were used to confirm the validity of the measurement tool through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. For exploration of the reliability of the measurement tool, the internal consistency was calculated by Cronbach's α coefficient. For the verification of the research model, it was analyzed using a structural equation model. In the process of confirming direct and indirect effects between each variable, verification using bootstrapping was applied to evaluate the significance of indirect effects. Therefore, based on the research question of this study, the results are summarized as follows.
    First, looking at the overall tendency of major variables, Chinese college students scored above average in mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, resilience, and career maturity. Looking at the sub-variables of mother attachment and father attachment, trust was the highest, followed by communication and alienation. Looking at the sub-variables of differentiation of self, emotional cutoff, I-position, fusion with others, and emotional reaction appeared in order. For each sub-variable of resilience, self-reinforcement, strength, and optimism appeared in order. Independence was the highest for each sub-variable of career maturity, followed by readiness, dependency, purposefulness, determination, and certainty.
    Second, when examining the variations based on individual background variables, significant differences were observed in mother attachment concerning gender, school year, place of origin, and only-child status. However, no significant differences were found based on major field, major selection, or part-time job. Regarding father attachment, significant differences emerged in relation to school year, place of origin, and only-child status, while no significant differences were found based on gender, major field, major selection, or part-time job. In terms of differentiation of self, gender was found to have a significant influence on fusion with others and emotional reaction, but no significant differences were observed based on school year, place of origin, major field, major selection, only-child status, or part-time job. Resilience exhibited significant differences based on gender, major selection, place of origin, only-child status, and part-time job, whereas no significant differences were found based on school year and major field. Lastly, career maturity displayed significant differences based on school year, major selection, place of origin, and only-child status, while no differences were observed based on gender and major field.
    Third, for the results of Pearson's correlation analysis of mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, resilience, and career maturity, statistically significant correlation was found, and the correlation between each variable did not exceed a value of 0.80 or more, so the covariance between variables was more than 0.10 and the variance expansion coefficient (VIF) did not show a value less than 10, which has no problem of multicollinearity.
    Fourth, the results of analyzing the structural relationship among mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, resilience, and career maturity indicate that mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, and resilience were found to have significant positive effects on career maturity.
    Fifth, as a result of examining the mediating effect of differentiation of self and resilience, differentiation of self was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between mother attachment and career maturity, and between father attachment and career maturity.
    In addition, resilience was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between mother attachment and career maturity, and between father attachment and career maturity. It was found that mother attachment and father attachment have an indirect effect on career maturity by mediating differentiation of self and resilience sequentially.
    This study identified mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, and resilience as factors influencing career maturity of Chinese university students by verifying the structural equation model, and shows the implications and importances of the results. College students who are having difficulties in their jobs need to be aware of the effects of mother attachment and father attachment and establish a system to support them. In addition, I would like to suggest as an important basis that for the career maturation of college students, systematic education and guidance that inspire differentiation of self and resilience should be accompanied by efforts through the development of counseling programs and the expansion of related subjects. In the future, it is hoped that it will greatly assist in the field and follow-up research related to the career and growth of college students.

Regarding father attachment, significant differences emerged in relation to school year, place of origin, and only-child status, while no significant differences were found based on gender, major field, major selection, or part-time job. In terms of differentiation of self, gender was found to have a significant influence on fusion with others and emotional reaction, but no significant differences were observed based on school year, place of origin, major field, major selection, only-child status, or part-time job. Resilience exhibited significant differences based on gender, major selection, place of origin, only-child status, and part-time job, whereas no significant differences were found based on school year and major field. Lastly, career maturity displayed significant differences based on school year, major selection, place of origin, and only-child status, while no differences were observed based on gender and major field.
    Third, for the results of Pearson's correlation analysis of mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, resilience, and career maturity, statistically significant correlation was found, and the correlation between each variable did not exceed a value of 0.80 or more, so the covariance between variables was more than 0.10 and the variance expansion coefficient (VIF) did not show a value less than 10, which has no problem of multicollinearity.
    Fourth, the results of analyzing the structural relationship among mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, resilience, and career maturity indicate that mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, and resilience were found to have significant positive effects on career maturity.
    Fifth, as a result of examining the mediating effect of differentiation of self and resilience, differentiation of self was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between mother attachment and career maturity, and between father attachment and career maturity.
    In addition, resilience was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between mother attachment and career maturity, and between father attachment and career maturity. It was found that mother attachment and father attachment have an indirect effect on career maturity by mediating differentiation of self and resilience sequentially.
    This study identified mother attachment, father attachment, differentiation of self, and resilience as factors influencing career maturity of Chinese university students by verifying the structural equation model, and shows the implications and importances of the results. College students who are having difficulties in their jobs need to be aware of the effects of mother attachment and father attachment and establish a system to support them. In addition, I would like to suggest as an important basis that for the career maturation of college students, systematic education and guidance that inspire differentiation of self and resilience should be accompanied by efforts through the development of counseling programs and the expansion of related subjects. In the future, it is hoped that it will greatly assist in the field and follow-up research related to the career and growth of college students.
