발달장애인의 부모와 교육관계자의 삶의 질 예측 변인–환경 변인, 문제행동, 부모/교육관계자의 심리적 특성을 중심으로 = Predicting Factors for Quality of Life of the Parents of Developmental Disabled Persons and Educational Officials - Focused on the Environmental Factors, Problematic Behavior, and Psychological Characteristics of the Parents and the Educational Officials

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 발달장애인의 부모와 교육관계자를 대상으로 그들의 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 변인을 찾고자 하였다. 참가자는 발달장애가 있는 만 1세-22세의 발달장애 자녀를 둔 부모와 특수교사, 복지관, 생활시설 종사자와 같은 발달장애 교육기관의 관계자였다. 측정 도구는 삶의 질 척도, 행동문제검사, 부모양육스트레스척도, 직무소진척도였다. 통계 분석 방법은 Pearson 상관분석과, 위계적 중다회귀분석이었다. 분석 결과, 발달장애인 부모의 삶의 질은 부모의 소득, 발달장애인의 문제행동, 부모의 양육스트레스 세 변인 모두를 통해 예측하는 것이 가능했다. 교육관계자의 경우, 아동의 문제행동과 교육관계자의 직무소진 두 가지 변인이 통계적으로 유의하게 삶의 질을 예측했다. 두 집단 모두에서 부모/교육관계자의 심리적 특성 변인인 양육스트레스와 직무소진이 모형에 추가되었을 때 설명력이 높아졌다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 향후 개입 방향을 제안하고, 본 연구의 의의와 한계점에 대해 논의하였다.
