온라인 사례기반학습에서 사례의 구성방식과 추론활동 지원도구의 제공에 따른 효과 분석 = The Effects of Type of Case Organization and Reasoning Supporting Tool in On-Line Case-Based Learning

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Research questions of this study are as follows. First, we examined effect of case organization type and reasoning supporting tool to task solving in case based learning. Second, we examined effect of case organization type and reasoning supporting tool to the cognitive level of learner`s reasoning strategies. Third, we examined effect of case organization type and reasoning supporting tool to reasoning ability quotient. 110 persons who are employed compensation department in A insurance company are examined. These results are showing that offering organized case is more effective to the problem solving, cognitive level of learner`s reasoning strategies and reasoning ability quotient. Reasoning supporting tool is also effective to task solving of novice, and improving reasoning ability quotient in case based learning. If case is unorganized when carrying task solving in case-based learning then it is more effective to learners what reasoning supporting tool is using. But if not, needed to offer reasoning supporting tool for help task solving of learner. At that time it is more effective what type of case organization is embedded into learning program.
