직무복잡성, 역할갈등 및 역할 모호성이 스트레스와 직무소진에 미치는 영향 = The effect of Stress factors in IT environment on Job-burnout

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among job complexities, role ambiguity, role conflicts and stress and job burnout with a moderating effect of leisure life.
In this research, 229 employees in the public sector completed the questionnaires and SPSS were employed for the analysis. The findings are: Firstly, job complexities, role conflicts increase stress. While, role ambiguity decreases stress. Secondly, stress increase employee's job burnout. Finally, leisure life plays a moderating role between stress and job burnout. Leisure life is decrease by job burnout.
Leisure life is one indicator to improve life satisfaction, and to decreases mental disease. So, this study gives implication of political policy for a way of job burnout and stress though leisure life.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 직무 복잡성과 역할모호성 및 역할 갈등이 스트레스와 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 함께 여가활동의 완충효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위하여 2개 지역의 4개 기관의 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 229부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다.
연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무복잡성과 역할갈등은 스트레스를 높이는 것으로 분석되었으나, 역할모호성은 스트레스를 낮추는 것으로 분석되었으며, 스트레스는 직무소진을 높이는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 대한 스트레스의 영향력은 여가활동의 참여 정도에 의해 조절되는 것으로 분석되었다. 여가활동에 참여 정도는 일주일 동안 여가활동에 참여하는 시간에 대한 영향력만이 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 주된 여가활동의 지속기간 정도는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 나타내지 않았다.
이러한 연구 결과는 새로운 기술을 도입할 때는 구성원들이 충분히 이해할 수 있도록 하는 교육 과정이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 또한 정신건강을 유지하고, 스트레스의 효과를 경감시키기 위하여 구성원들의 여가생활을 적극적으로 지원하고, 이를 위한 정책적 지원을 해야 할 것으로 보인다.
