중년남성의 병리적 자기애성향이 노화불안에 미치는 영향 : 지각된 사회적 지지의 매개효과 = The influence of pathological narcissism on aging anxiety of the middle aged men : the mediating effect of perceived social support.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중년 남성의 병리적 자기애성향이 노화불안에 미치는 영향에서 지각된 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하고 있는 40세~60세의 중년 남성 300명을 대상으로 자기 보고식 온라인설문지를 실시하였다.
수집된 연구자료를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 응답자들의 주요 인구통계학적 특성을 확인하기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며 및 각 변인 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모델링을 통한 매개모형 검증을 실시하였다. 이때 간접효과 유의미성 검증을 위해 부스트랩(Bootstrap) 기법을 사용하여 유의성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 본 연구에서 설정한 주요 변인들 간 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 자기애 성향, 노화불안, 지각된 사회적지지 간의 유의미한 상관이 나타났다.
둘째, 중년남성의 자기애 성향과 노화불안의 관계에서 지각된 사회적 지지가 매개하는지 확인한 결과, 자기애적 웅대성과 노화불안의 관계에서 지각된 사회적 지지가 완전매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기애적 취약성과 노화불안의 관계에서 지각된 사회적 지지가 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.
마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, we tried to determine the mediating effects of social support in the relationship between the effects of middle-aged men's pathological narcissism and aging anxiety. For this purpose, a total of 300 men in their 40s to 60s of Seoul and Gyeonggi province responded to the self-reported online questionnaire and all the data were valid to analyze.
SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were used to analyze the collected study data. A technical statistical analysis was performed to determine the characteristics of the major demographic characteristics of the respondents, and the analysis on correlation between the variables was followed. To verify the significance of the mediating effects, a model of the parameters was performed by modelling structural equations. The indirect effects were then validated using bootstrap techniques to determine the significance. The results of this study are as follows :
First, the analysis of the correlation between the major variables established in this study showed a significant correlation between pathological narcissism, aging anxiety, and perceived social support.
Second, after confirming that perceived social support was mediated in the relationship between the pathological narcissism and aging anxiety of middle-aged men, perceived social support has shown completely mediating effect in the relationship between the grandiose narcissism and aging anxiety. and the perceived social support has shown partially mediating effect in the relationship between the vulnerable narcissism and aging anxiety.
Finally, we discussed the significance, limitations, and suggestions for further research.
